# Do I need to be home for dog poop pickup?

No. We come on your set day within a 4-hour window between 7am and 5pm, let ourselves into the yard, and close the gate behind us.

When you book, add your gate code or access notes. Most customers are at work when we visit.

## Before your first visit

1. **Tell us how to get in.** Add a gate code or access notes when you book. You can change them later from your account.
2. **Let us know about your dogs.** If your dogs are out during the day, say so in your notes.
3. **Carry on with your day.** We visit within the 4-hour window and close the gate when we leave.
