Cancel from your account in two taps. There is no contract, no cancellation fee and nobody to call. Your visits continue until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Changed your mind before the month ends? Choose Keep my plan and nothing changes.

## Cancelling

1. **Sign in to your account.** With the email you booked with. We send a six-digit code.
2. **Choose Cancel plan.** We offer a pause instead, in case that suits you better. Choose Cancel my plan and it is done.
3. **Visits run to the end of your paid month.** You are not charged again.
