What does a custom job cost?
It depends on the job, which is why Josue quotes it. Custom jobs usually start around $500. Every quote shows each part of the work with its own price, so you can see what you are paying for.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You only pay once you approve a quote.
How does the deposit work?
When you approve a quote you pay a deposit online to book the job, and the rest when the work is done. For work that installs or builds something — turf, planting, irrigation — California caps the deposit at $1,000 or 10% of the job, whichever is less, and the quote follows that rule.
What if I change my mind after approving?
For install work you have a legal right to cancel within three business days (five if you are 65 or older), and anything you paid is returned. For anything else, text Josue and he will sort it out.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. If Josue needs to see the job before quoting, he will arrange a time with you.
Do you go outside Ventura and Santa Barbara counties?
For the right job, yes — including Los Angeles. Send the details and Josue will tell you.
