Do I need to be home during service?
No. Just make sure we have gate access. Leave codes or instructions when you book and we handle everything, then secure the gate behind us.
What happens to the waste?
We double-bag all waste and remove it from your property entirely. It does not go in your trash cans.
Can I skip a week or pause service?
Absolutely. Just let us know in advance. No fees for skipping or pausing — we resume whenever you are ready.
